Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships
· Manage the recruitment process across all levels in multiple business units
· Create and implement strategies to attract passive job seekers
· Leverage on-line recruiting job boards and global recruitment platform
· Track and report key metrics designed to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process
· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
· Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
Key Requirements:
· Relevant tertiary qualification
· 2+ years of Recruitment experience
· Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of organisation
Skills:
· Thorough understanding of recruitment process
· Demonstrate the ability to recruit for a broad / deep range of positions
· Handle sensitive and confidential information
· Systematic in thinking
· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
